This policy explains what information Orchestrator Lab LLC ("we", "us") handles on this website and in DELEA, and how we use it.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

If you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation.

Shops that use DELEA

When a shop uses DELEA, we store and process information on the shop's behalf so that DELEA works:

  • the shop's team: names, email addresses and sign-in details;
  • the shop's records: products, stock, quotes, invoices, payments, expenses and customer records;
  • the shop's customers: names, email addresses, phone numbers and shipping addresses given when they order.

We use this information only to provide DELEA to the shop. The shop decides what it collects from its own customers and is responsible to them for it. If you bought from a shop that uses DELEA, please contact that shop first about your information.

Card payments

Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and go directly to Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

Service providers

We use these providers to run DELEA, each only for its part of the service:

  • Supabase: database, file storage and sign-in;
  • Microsoft Azure: application hosting;
  • Vercel: hosting for the shop storefronts and the DELEA app;
  • Resend: sending emails;
  • Stripe: card payments, under each shop's own Stripe account;
  • Cloudflare: this website, domain services and bot protection at checkout.

Information is stored in the United States.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use a shop's data for any purpose other than providing DELEA to that shop.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit. Each shop's data is kept separate from other shops' data, and each person on a shop's team sees only what their role allows.

How long we keep information

We keep a shop's information while it uses DELEA. After a shop cancels, we keep it for 30 days so the shop can ask for a copy, then delete it, except for records the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. If we hold it on behalf of a shop, we will pass your request to that shop.

Children

DELEA is a service for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page, and we will email shops that use DELEA about any significant change.
